3 Easy Ways to Book a BBQ Pit
Follow the step-by-step usage guide:

  1. Internet Booking (From 9 Feb 2006)
  2. Phone Booking
  3. AXS Station Booking
 

1. Internet Booking (From 9 Feb 2006)

Log on to National Parks Board BBQ Pit Internet Booking here
and follow the step-by-step booking process as outlined below:

1. Click START to begin.

 
 

2. Select the Date, followed by Park Name and Park Area to perform the search.

 
3. Select Pit Number.

Click here for pit charges and details of each park.
 

4. Enter your personal particulars.

 
 
5. Check details and CONFIRM BBQ Pit booking.
 

6. BBQ Pit booking has been made successfully.

Make payment at any AXS Station within 24 hours of your Internet booking.
 


7. To pay your BBQ pit booking at any AXS Station, select “Government", “NParks BBQ Pit Booking”.
 

8. Select “Internet/Phone Booking”.
 

9. Enter NRIC no. used to make the booking and select "Continue".

Follow the on screen instructions to make payment.

Important Note :

Make payment at any AXS Station within 24 hours of your Internet booking.

Collect receipt print-out as permit for verification by park rangers.

 
Payments can be made on any AXS Station using NETS.

2. Phone Booking

You can call 6560-2727 to book your BBQ pit through our phone-booking system from 8am-10pm daily.

When you book your BBQ pit through our phone-booking system:

  1. Inform the Customer Service Officer the park of your choice and the BBQ pit number.
  2. Make payment at any AXS Station within 24 hours of your phone booking.
  3. Select "Phone Booking Payment" button on NParks BBQ Pit Booking application & enter NRIC no. used to make phone booking.
  4. Collect receipt print-out as permit for verification by park rangers.

Note: Phone booking must be made at least one day in advance of the actual BBQ date.

3. AXS Station Booking

Visit any AXS Station now and follow the step-by-step booking process as outlined below:



1. Press "Government" and "National
    Parks Board" buttons to begin.

 
 

2. Press "Continue" to start booking.

 
3. Enter the date & select park location.

Click here for pit charges and details of each park.
 

4. Select BBQ pit area.

 
 
5. Specify BBQ pit location.
 
6. Enter your personal particulars.
 

7. Check details & select "NETS" payment mode.

8. Booking confirmation received.

Important Note :

Please remember to collect receipt print-out.
Receipt acts as permit for verification by park rangers.
 
Payments can be made using NETS.
