What is eAssistant?
eAssistant is a program that facilitates bill payment more efficiently. Users have to simply register their profile & bill account numbers ONCE under the eAssistant program and they can start paying their subsequent bills without having to bring those credit statements.
How will eAssistant benefit me?
eAssistant provides convenience and hassle-free payment, as users do not have carry their bill statements with them. In addition, eAssistant rewards users with a sure-win instant lucky dip and a lucky draw chance with every bill paid.
How do I sign up to be an eAssistant member?

I notice that the card reader is different. Did AXS change the card reader?
Yes, AXS is in the progress of changing the card readers. The new card reader is a manual card reader, which requires user to insert and remove the card swiftly. The new card reader will minimise card stuck issue and have a better card reading accuracy.
Which are the stations that will be affected?
All AXS Stations have been retro-fitted with the new card reader.
How will I know whether the AXS Station I have been using has been changed to the new card reader?
For stations that are using the new card reader, you will notice a change in the front slot sticker, displaying the new card reader and the instructions. Please refer to the visual below.
