POSB FastPay is a streamlined POSB branded machine that enables fast bill payment process for customers.
What are the services on POSB FastPay?
Bill payment services from the following billing organization categories are available.
Phase 1: General, Credit Cards, Insurance and Loans
Phase 2: Condo/Building, Hospitals, Memberships and Town Councils
What is unique about POSB FastPay?
The barcode reader and card reader are automatically on to allow bill payment details input by simply scanning bill barcode or inserting credit card or selecting any of the billing organization categories at anytime of the bill payment transaction.
How does the customer use POSB FastPay?
Customers only need to press START on the welcome page, followed by scanning bill barcode or inserting credit card or selecting any of the billing organization categories. After checking the bill details on-screen, customers may select Proceed to Payment and follow on-screen instructions to complete transaction.
What is the difference between AXS Station and POSB FastPay?
POSB FastPay is an POSB branded express machine providing fast bill payment services with 3 simple steps, while AXS Station provides bill payment, fine payment and other eServices.
Only DBS and POSB ATM cards are accepted for payment on POSB FastPay, while all NETS participating banks ATM cards are accepted on AXS Station, and Citibank, DBS and POSB ATM cards are accepted on D-Pay stations.
How do I identify the POSB FastPay station?
For easy identification, POSB FastPay will carry blue colored sticker markers which frame the touch screen, the keyboard, the pin pad and the station stand. Customers will also notice a prominent yellow wobbler attached to the station.
Which cards are accepted on POSB FastPay for payment?
Customers of DBS and POSB may use their ATM card and PIN to make payment on POSB FastPay.
Can I use credit cards for payment on POSB FastPay?
Credit card is not available for payment on POSB FastPay currently.
Do POSB FastPay accept "Credit Line" as a payment option under “Select Account Type”?
No, this payment option is only available on D-Pay stations.
Why doesn’t the card reader read my card when I insert it?
POSB FastPay has been upgraded with a new version of manual card reader. To read card information, insert and remove card swiftly.
How do I add another bill?
Customers may scan bill barcode or insert credit card or select any of the billing organization categories.
What are the receipt options?
Customers have the option to select No Receipt (for physical receipt printout) and eReceipt (for electronic receipt send to email).
If I select No Receipt, is my transaction still successful?
Yes, your bill payment transaction is successful if the direct debit transaction is successful. No Receipt option allows customers to select a more environmental friendly option. Customers may call AXS hotline at 65602727 (8am-10pm daily) to check status of transactions performed on POSB FastPay.
