Top-up of EZ-Link card
Now you can top-up your ez-link card at all AXS Stations.
* Please note:
- Top-up service can only be used for the new type of ez-link card (CEPAS-compliant).
Visit any AXS Station now and follow the step-by-step booking process as outlined below:

Step 1:
To being, choose “Services” and “EZ-Link”.

Step 2:
Choose “Top-up ez-link card” for the top-up service.
|

Step 3:
Place your ez-link card on the contactless card reader above the pin pad. |

Step 4:
Select your desired top-up amount.
* Please note that the maximum stored value in the ez-link card is S$500. |

Step 5:
Confirm your top-up details. |
 |
Step 6:
Confirm your top-up details and proceed with your payment. |

Step 7:
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment process.

Update of EZ-Link Card (for Remote Top-up)

Step 1 :
Select “Services” and followed by “EZ-Link”.

Step 2 :
Choose “Update ez-link card” for the top-up service.

Step 3 :
Place your ez-link card on the contactless card reader above the pin pad.

Step 4 :
Check and confirm your remote top-up details. Press “Update” to update the value to your ez-link card.

Step 5 :
Update is successful.

Apply for EZ-Reload by GIRO
Now you can apply your EZ-Reload by GIRO at all AXS Stations
 |
Step 1:
Select “Services” and followed by “EZ-Link”.
or
Select “DBS/POSB” (at the right) and followed by “Services”.

Step 2:
Select “ Apply for EZ-Reload by GIRO”/ “Apply for GIRO” and followed by “EZ-Link”.

Step 3:
Select “Agree” after read through the terms and conditions.
|
|
Step 4:
Place your ez-link card on the contactless card reader above the pin pad.

Step 5:
Enter your bank account ID number and select the top-up amount.
|
 |
Step 6:
Insert your ATM card to debit refundable deposit (equivalent to your top-up amount) and follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.

Step 7:
Refundable Deposit successful debited.
Insert your ATM card and enter PIN to authorize EZ-Reload by GIRO application.
|
 |
Step 8:
Application approved.
You need to proceed to any General Ticketing Machine with ez-link card and AXS receipt to activate EZ-Reload by GIRO on your ez-link card.
