What are the operating hours of Cheers and FairPrice Xpress?
Cheers and FairPrice Xpress are open 24 hours daily. As such, customer can make bills payment 24 hours at any time of the day.

Is there any service charge for using AXS Station QuickBill?
No, there is no service charge for payment via AXS Station QuickBill except for payment of Condo/Building. An administrative fee of S$1 surcharge is applicable for any Condo/Building fees payment.

What is the payment method?
Payment is by CASH and D-Pay. Bank cards from the following banks are accepted on AXS Station QuickBill.

Do I need to bring the original bills when I make payments at Cheers and FairPrice Xpress?
We encourage you to bring along the original bills when you make payments at Cheers and FairPrice Xpress. This is to ensure that payment is made to the correct account number and/or correct amount is paid.

Alternatively, you may also inform the staff of your billing information.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can pay through AXS Station QuickBill in a single transaction?
The minimum payment amount is determined by your billing organisations. The maximum payment amount for cash is $9,999.95. For D-Pay payment, the maximum amount is $3,000 or as per the limit set on your Bank card, whichever is lower.

Can I make partial payment for my bills?
Yes, you may choose to make partial payment for your bills as long as it meets the minimum payment amount set by the respective billing organisations.

Will I receive any receipt print-out?
For both payment via Cash and D-Pay, you will receive 2 receipts from the cashier.
For Cash payment, one receipt will be from Cheers and FairPrice Xpress (to acknowledge the payment amount made) and one from AXS Station QuickBill (to acknowledge successful bill payment).
For D-Pay payment, one receipt will be from D-Pay terminal (to acknowledge successful payment amount made) and one from AXS Station QuickBill (to acknowledge successful bill payment).

How soon will my payment reach the billing organisation?
Please allow at least 2 working days for your payment to be reflected at your billing organisation’s end.
