Job Description

As a Business Enterprise Specialist specializing in Merchant Acquisition, you will be a key driver of our B2B growth strategy. This is a classic “hunter” role, where you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and signing merchants to the AXS payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle:Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and cold outreach, negotiation, and final contract signing.
  • Strategic Prospecting:Identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of target merchants within assigned verticals.
  • Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, understanding their payment collection challenges and positioning AXS as the optimal solution.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management:Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system, providing regular forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership.
  • Market Intelligence:Act as the “eyes and ears” in the market, providing feedback on competitor activities, merchant needs, and potential new product opportunities.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new merchants.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in a B2B sales or business development role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Payment Solutions, FinTech, SaaS, Merchant Acquiring, or B2B Services.
  • Demonstrable success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Strong ability to articulate a complex value proposition and build compelling business cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
