Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analytics Intern who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. This
internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and business
intelligence within a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and
completeness.
Support the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Technology) to understand analytical
needs and deliver relevant insights.
Assist in performance tracking and reporting of business metrics, customer usage, and transaction data.
Participate in data visualization projects to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Support data governance and documentation efforts, ensuring data consistency and compliance with
company policies.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support ongoing initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Analytics, or related field.
Basic proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Good communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of ETL processes, databases, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.
