Job Description

As a Java/PHP Developer intern, the student will get hands-on experience in designing, developing, and
maintaining our payment solutions and products. The objective of the internship is for the student to gain
proficiency in Java and related technologies and gain problem solving skills in real-world challenges. Successful
intern would be able to implement and/or deploy new features or improvements to our existing systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and other stakeholders to understand
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Java-based / PHP-based software
applications, either on the frontend or backend, using relevant framework (ie., Spring).
Write clean, efficient, and secure code, following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and provide constructive
feedback.
Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve defects.
Collaborate with frontend or backend development teams, depending on your expertise, to integrate
components and ensure seamless application flow.
Work closely with the QA team to support testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and
operations teams, to ensure successful project implementation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the adoption of best practices
and technologies.
Provide support and assistance to other developers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration

Requirements

Currently pursuing qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Java and PHP.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
