Job Description

As a Product Intern, you will join the Product team and play a hands-on role in shaping AXS’ product roadmap. You
will support research, design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver exceptional user
experiences across AXS’s digital products and channels.

Responsibilities

Conduct competitor and market research to inform product strategy.
Assist in gathering user feedback via surveys, user interviews, and customer service channels.
Leverage usage analytics from AXS’s app, website, and backend systems to identify user behaviour, usage
patterns, and drop-off points.
Generate insights and data-driven recommendations to improve product adoption, engagement, and
retention.
Work with designers to review wireframes, mockups, and UX flows.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with technology, marketing, operations, and customer
experience.
Prepare user acceptance test plan and conduct user testing.

Requirements

Currently pursuing qualification in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews.
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with web & mobile product development, wireframes, and UAT.
