Job Description

As a Product Intern, you will join the Product team and play a hands-on role in shaping AXS’ product roadmap. You will support research, design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver exceptional user experiences across AXS’s digital products and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform product strategy.
  • Assist in gathering user feedback via surveys, user interviews, and customer service channels.
  • Leverage usage analytics from AXS’s app, website, and backend systems to identify user behaviour, usage patterns, and drop-off points.
  • Generate insights and data-driven recommendations to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Work with designers to review wireframes, mockups, and UX flows.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with technology, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
  • Prepare user acceptance test plan and conduct user testing.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing qualification in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web & mobile product development, wireframes, and UAT.
