Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Integration / Account Liaison Specialist to support the integration of new technologies, third-party systems, and APIs into our digital ecosystem. This role blends technical knowledge with stakeholder coordination, making it a great fit for those who enjoy working across both technology and business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of technology integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and implement integration solutions
  • Assist in evaluating third-party platforms, APIs, and tools to enhance digital capabilities
  • Support API development, microservices architecture, and middleware solutions to enable seamless system connectivity
  • Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability across integrated platforms
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Monitor emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system integration concepts, or software development
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Awareness of security and data protection principles
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
