Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Terminal Deployment Executive to execute on-ground installation and maintenance of PayCube payment terminals across merchant locations. This role is perfect for hands-on individuals who enjoy technical fieldwork and customer interaction, with opportunities to grow in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

1. Terminal Deployment & Installation

  • Conduct on-site installation and configuration of PayCube terminals
  • Perform hardware setup, software updates, and basic network testing
  • Ensure all terminals are operational before handover to merchants

2. On-Site Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level technical support during installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams.

3. Merchant Training & Support

  • Conduct simple training sessions on terminal operations.
  • Guide merchants through first transaction processing.
  • Distribute user manuals and support contact information.

4. Logistics & Documentation

  • Manage assigned terminal inventory and installation kits.
  • Complete installation checklists and service reports.
  • Update deployment records in tracking systems.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all security protocols during installations.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of equipment.
  • Follow company safety guidelines at all sites.
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT/Electronics/Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in field service/technical support roles.
  • Fresh graduates with technical aptitude may be considered.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
