Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Terminal Deployment Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and optimization of PayCube payment terminals. This strategic role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring seamless deployments while driving process improvements and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Deployment Management

  • Oversee end-to-end PayCube terminal deployment projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop and implement standardized installation protocols, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Optimize deployment workflows to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage junior deployment staff on installation protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct training programs to upskill team on PayCube systems and new technologies.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular team evaluations.

3. Technical Governance

  • Serve as escalation point for complex hardware/software issues.
  • Ensure all deployments comply with PCI-DSS and company security standards.
  • Liaise with Product and Technology teams to provide field feedback for improvements.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as primary contact for enterprise merchant deployments and key accounts.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and third-party contractors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business & Enterprise, Customer Experience, Product and Technology teams.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze deployment metrics (success rates, turnaround time, issues).
  • Prepare executive reports on deployment progress and challenges.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in field operations management, with 3+ years in payment terminal/POS deployment
  • Proven track record managing large-scale hardware deployment projects
  • Experience with PCI compliance and payment security standards
  • Expertise in payment terminal hardware/software configurations
  • Understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular)
  • Proficiency with deployment management tools and CRM systems
