SINGAPORE, 22 Sept 2026- AXS launches AXS Cares, a fundraising platform that helps create fundraising campaigns and manage their fundraising operations. Built on AXS’ trusted payment infrastructure, AXS Cares brings campaign management, donation collection and payment reporting together in one place, helping organisations spend less time on payment administration and more time advancing their causes.
At launch, AXS Cares brings together over 20 charities across a diverse range of causes, including youth development, mental health, disability and inclusion. The platform also aims to broaden access to digital fundraising tools for organisations of different sizes and capabilities, with additional charities expected to join over time.

Giving in a few steps
Donors can discover participating organisations and campaigns on the AXS Cares webpage, view each cause’s story and progress, and contribute in a few steps. Donations can be made via various payment methods such as PayNow, credit and debit cards. Donors may choose to provide their details during checkout to qualify for tax deductions on donations made to approved IPCs.
Fundraising extends beyond online campaigns. Whether at charity carnivals, roadshows or community events, AXS supports organisations with payment terminals, QR payment solutions, digital coupon solutions and other cashless payment capabilities, enabling donations to be collected securely and conveniently in person. Every collection — online or on the ground — is supported by AXS’ established settlement and reporting infrastructure, giving organisations a single view of their fundraising activity and reducing the administrative effort of reconciliation.

As more donation appeals take place through QR codes and online links, trust has become increasingly important. AXS Cares provides donors with a familiar and secure way to support the causes they care about, backed by AXS’ established payment infrastructure. AXS is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Major Payment Institution, with every donation processed through its trusted payments network.
For participating charities, AXS Cares also extends their reach beyond their own fundraising channels. Organisations can be featured across AXS’ consumer touchpoints, including the AXS app, website and islandwide network of more than 600 AXS Stations. AXS will also support participating organisations through seasonal giving initiatives and awareness campaigns throughout the year, helping charities increase the visibility of their fundraising efforts.
