Terms & Conditions of “$1 Parking Voucher for You and Your Buddies” (“Campaign”)

The Campaign is organised by AXS Pte Ltd (“AXS”). All individuals participating in Campaign is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

ELIGIBILITY:

1. This Promotion is open to the following individuals (“Eligible Customer”):

1.1. Eighteen (18) years old and above,

1.2. Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or foreigners residing in Singapore

2. AXS may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation of the Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

3. The Promotion shall commence from 17 July 2024, 12.00 AM till all the parking eVoucher has been fully issued (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILE CHANNEL:

4. The Campaign is only available on AXS Drive mobile application (“AXS Drive”).

PARKING EVOUCHER:

5. A total of fifty thousand (50,000) S$1 parking voucher will be issued for the Campaign during the Promotion Period.

REFFERAL MECHANICS:

6. Eligible Customer who has downloaded AXS Drive and signed up for an account will be issued a unique referral code (“Referrer”). The referral code can be found under Settings section on AXS Drive.
7. The Referrer may share the referral code to any other Eligible Customers (“Referred Customer”).
8. The Referred Customer will be required to download AXS Drive and sign up for an account to receive their S$1 parking eVoucher.
9. The Referrer will receive their S$1 parking eVoucher after the Referred Customer has made their first successful parking payment with AXS Drive.
10. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person.
11. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Customers the Referrer may share the referral code with. A Referrer can only refer a Referred Customer once.

PARKING EVOUCHER REDEMPTION:

12. The eVoucher will automatically be used to offset parking charges upon exit.
13. The eVoucher must be redeemed within ninety (90) days from the date of issue as indicated on the eVoucher.
14. The eVoucher is valid for use at any participating car parks of AXS Drive.
15. No minimum parking charge is required to utilise the eVoucher.
16. If the eVoucher value is not fully utilized, the balance value will not be refunded.
17. If parking charge exceed the eVoucher value, the balance charge will be deducted from the registered Mastercard credit/debit card.
18. The eVoucher is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
19. The eVoucher is only valid for one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other eVoucher or promotional vouchers.
20. There is strictly no extension to the redemption period for unredeemed eVoucher.
21. AXS is not liable for any payment or compensation if the eVoucher is forfeited or not redeemed.
22. AXS reserves the right to substitute the eVoucher with another eVoucher of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
23. The redemption details and/or Terms and Conditions for the eVoucher will be listed on the eVoucher, and the eVoucher redemption shall be subjected to such terms.

GENERAL:

24. Notwithstanding anything herein, AXS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign or receive the Voucher.
25. AXS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
26. AXS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Campaign is final and binding on all Eligible Customers. AXS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Campaign. AXS reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
27. AXS shall not be liable to the Eligible Customer for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation, any technical hardware or software breakdown or malfunction or defects in any computer/electronic system or equipment, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, and any notice that is misdirected or lost in post, which may affect any Eligible Customers’ eligibility in the Campaign.
28. AXS reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Campaign shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
29. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
30. These Terms are governed by Singapore law and the Eligible Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
31. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (2001) to enforce any of these Terms and notwithstanding any terms herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of the Campaign.
32. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Campaign, in particular that relating to the vouchers, are the property of their respective owners. This Campaign, AXS, and its affiliates and contractors, are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by, those owners and the owners’ relevant affiliates where those owners or the owners’ affiliates are not part of AXS.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT

33. The Eligible Customers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Campaign and such other third party for the purpose of the Campaign.
34. Eligible Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the AXS Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by AXS from time to time, a copy of which can be found at https://www.axs.com.sg/privacy-policy.
