  • We do not charge a fee for most services. However, there is a $0.50 service fee charged for each transaction for payments to Condo/Bldg (MCST).

  • We accept the following payment modes on AXS Station:

    • Credit Cards
    • Debit Cards
    • PayNow QR

    • For ATM card, the maximum payment amount is either the default set by your card issuing bank or the daily transaction limit set by you, up to a limit of $3,000.
    • For credit cards, the maximum payment amount is your credit limit, up to a limit of $9999.99.
    • For PayNow QR, the maximum payment amount is your bank account balance, up to a limit of $3,000.

  • Some billing organisations require NRIC information to verify your identity, especially if details are entered incorrectly or cannot be validated. This helps ensure that payments are processed securely and prevents unauthorised or incorrect transactions.

    Your information is handled securely and used only for verification purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Your payment will reach the organisation within 1 to 3 working days.
