You can go to the AXS Drive app, tap on EV Charging, and check the session status or stop the session if needed.
You can view payment receipt in AXS Drive “Transaction History” tile on the homepage.
You can access EV charging history or status of your charging session through our partner’s webpage:

EV charging fees are set by the charging partner and are typically based on the cost per kWh. Additional fees, such as minimum charges and idling fees, may also apply.
Temporary Hold: A minimum of $50, determined by the charging partner. This may appear on your bank statement as “AXS Drive -$50.00 (pending).”
Actual EV charging fee: $20. This will be reflected as “AXS Drive -$20.00” on your bank statement. This will be the actual fee charged to your card.
Release of temporary hold: $50. The card issuer will remove “AXS Drive -$50.00 (pending)” from your bank statement.
Please note: If you have entered a charging point in one of our participating carparks, you will see two separate temporary hold records: a $5 temporary hold for parking and a $50 temporary hold for EV charging.
You will only be charged the actual EV Charging fee, and the remaining pre-authorized amount will be released to your card.
