Frequently asked questions

  • The Tow and Road Assistance service provides 24/7 on-demand towing and roadside support across Singapore and Malaysia. It offers a convenient way to request help during emergencies, anytime and anywhere. The service is provided by Tow Me SG Pte Ltd. 

  • Simply tap the “Tow & Road Assistance” tile on the AXS Drive dashboard. You will be redirected to the feature page, where you can request a service or purchase term coverage for towing and roadside assistance.

  • Roadside Assistance (e.g., flat tire, dead battery)

    Vehicle Towing – both local and cross-border between Singapore and Malaysia

    Coverage Plans for term protection, including towing support from Malaysia

  • You will receive push notifications and emails for booking confirmations, status updates, and service completion alerts.

  • If you cancel a service, the pre-authorized amount on your AXS Drive default payment card will be voided and released in accordance with your bank’s processing timeline.

    Please note: You may only cancel a request before it has been accepted by the service provider.

  • For service-related issues such as towing service or roadside assistance, please contact the service provider directly using the message or phone feature available on the booking page.

  • When you access the tow or roadside assistance feature for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your contact number and vehicle details. This information is required so the service provider can reach you promptly if assistance is needed.

  • Once your service request is accepted, you can contact the service provider directly through the message or call functions available on the booking page. 

  • All information provided within the “Tow & Road Assistance” feature is stored by our service partner, Tow Me SG Pte Ltd, and is used solely for delivering the related services and coverage.

  • Payments for Tow and Roadside Assistance services are processed through your AXS Drive’s default payment card: 

    • When you select a service, the service fee will be displayed upfront before you proceed. 
    • Once you confirm the booking, a pre-authorization for the service fee will be placed on your payment card. 
    • If the service provider determines that the selected service was incorrect or that additional work is required, an additional pre-authorization may be placed. 
    • Your payment card will only be charged upon completion of the service. 
    • For coverage plan purchases, your payment card will be charged immediately. 
    • Receipts will be available in your AXS Drive transaction history and will also be sent to your email. 

  • No, there are no subscription fees. Coverage plans are entirely optional and are charged on a per-plan basis.
