1. System Administrator
Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers and network hardware
Create and modify bash scripts or applications to automate tasks.
Servers and network devices hardening and periodic review.
Providing advice on useful methods to improve security, stability, scalability, and efficiency of the Linux infrastructure and environment.
To do all the supporting tasks that are included, but not limited to code deployment, managing software versioning and revision control system, virtual servers, scripting, etc.
Required to provide 24 hours standby on a weekly rotational basis.
Minimally a Diploma in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or any other related fields.
Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for 2-3 years.
In depth knowledge of Linux: Debian.
Experience with Linux high availability configurations, shell or Python scripting.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Cisco, Linux or AWS certifications will be considered an advantage.
2. Officer, Operations Command Centre
Monitor & analyze system performance in accordance to the prescribed processes and procedures
Identify & dispatch Field technicians to affected stations island wide
Perform data mining & preparation of technical reports
List and analyze cases, escalate to relevant department if necessary
Suggest appropriate solutions and direct unresolved issues to alternative resources
Assist with building management duties when required
Minimum GCE "N"/"O" levels, Higher Nitec/Nitec in any industry
Possess good computer skills mainly Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Control Centre/Dispatcher background with analytical skills is an added advantage
Pleasant personality, able to work and communicate well with different levels
Require to work on shift, including PH & weekends where assigned

3. Customer Service Officer
Handle inbound/outbound calls/emails on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
Ability to understand customers needs and provide appropriate solutions
Consistently deliver quality service to achieve customers satisfaction
Ensure proper follow up, escalation & closure of individual case
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly

4. Field Service Technician
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining of AXS Stations on site.
Diagnostics, servicing & troubleshooting of electrical & electronic components related to the station
Provide field support for installation/decommissioning of AXS Station and related areas.
Perform site reviews, surveys and inventory check to ensure all equipment and systems are in optimum working order.
Monitoring and reporting network issue timely to ensure system uptime.
Carry out periodic preventive maintenance to ensure station is always kept in pink health.
As the hands and legs of the Operations Team, your main responsibility is to troubleshoot, repair and maintain AXS kiosks installed island-wide.
No experience required, training will be provided.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, with a focus on GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native tools.

7. Executive, Operations - Deployment
Sourcing and assessing feasible locations for deployment of AXS Station island wide.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders relating to the deployment process of AXS Station, including but not limited to:
- Conducting site survey with relevant parties
- Contractual Negotiation
- Preparation of documents such as agreement and assessment form
- Preparation of monthly reports for internal and external recipients
- Management of multiple accounts at a time
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Level, Nitec/Diploma or its equivalent are welcomed to apply
