Positions Available

1. Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide field support for new AXS Station installations, modifications or decommissioning, including on-site supervision, equipment delivery, pick-up coordination or equipment installation
  • Perform site audits, surveys and inventories to ensure all equipment and systems are in optimum working order
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining AXS Stations installed at sites
  • Diagnostics, servicing & trouble shooting of electrical & electronic components and parts of the Kiosk
  • Monitor and report on systems to ensure network and system uptime through consistent preventive maintenance
  • Carry out preventive maintenance

  • Possess a Diploma or NITEC / Higher NITEC in Computer / Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Preferable with 1 year of relevant experience in IT servicing & support environment will be preferable
  • Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided
  • Technical knowledge and experience in network and hardware troubleshooting is an advantage
  • Orientated towards a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Have a valid Class 2B license, and possess own motorcycle
  • Be comfortable working on a rotating shift basis

2. Senior Audit Assurance Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct review on internal processes in preparation for audit by external third-party auditors
  • Main liaison/contact point for external third-party audits (e.g. PCI DSS, OSPAR, DC, etc.)
  • Monitor and drive the closure of audit findings with action owners, prepare issue reports and presentation to management
  • Manage incident and breach reporting and drive closure of agreed action plans with action owners
  • Review of policies and procedures; keep them updated when there are changes to DBS Group Policies
  • Effectively develop, communicate and implement new and amended policies and procedures
  • Assist compliance initiatives to ensure conformance with security requirements
  • Co-ordinate management meetings (e.g. Assurance & Incident Review, COMs, Council Meeting, etc.)
  • Act as backup for IT Security when staff on leave
  • Maintain abreast of changes in the industry, trends and best practices

  • Minimally a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Business or a similar field of study
  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possessing CISA / CISM / CISSP certifications will be an added advantage
  • Experience in performing IT audit, source code reviews, penetration testing and security assessments will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of security services such as application security and network security will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven and independent, with good attention to detail and quality
  • Possess effective written and oral communication skills
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
